Job Mechanical Fitter - Rockhampton Workshop, Rockhampton

C&H is recruiting for multiple Workshop Mechanical Fitters for an overhaul project based in Rockhampton workshop.

This is a fantastic opportunity for secured work through to Christmas 2025 and potential to extend into 2026 with further local projects

On offer is hourly rate of $50.00 + penalties (completing 8-10 hour shifts Monday-Friday)

Work scopes:

• Assemble, fit, and install various components and equipment
• Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards

To be considered:

• Australian trade certificate
• Previous experience within mining/manufacturing workshops
• overhaul or assembly/disassembly experience
• Live local to Rockhampton or have own accommodation options
